Hi Angel, I am writing to let you know how grateful I am to you for your help in helping me cut right back on alcohol. Not only alcohol but coping with the day to day things that can get on top of us.

I still am amazed at what seems so simple, really works. Your loving and gentle nature made me feel at ease from the first time I met you. I could sense that you genuinely wanted to help me.

I am still on track and don’t give a 5 o’clock wine a second thought. And to top it all off I have so far lost 5 kg.
